This Research used the methodology descriptive qualitative secondary collection techniques.Food crisis in India really unable to be handled by this state government.The cause is since limitation of human resource, budget and political attitude, and geographical factor. Here later the run of FAO earn to handle hunger problem in India. Becoming focus on this research, that is to prove the background of food crisis and the various role which implementing FAO in handling the problem.Based on the results of research and discussion, show that FAO role in handling the food crisis in India is with the support of promotion, operational and budget, also support a variety of programs and collaborate in the achievement of the MDG’s agenda’s.The resistance of FAO mission in India because the complex of food crisis India and internal setting of FAO, including human resource program and loan.

This research aims to analyze and describe Russia’s diplomacy public to build the positive image in the eyes of international through Sochi Olympics 2014. This type of research is descriptive, using secondary data obtained through library research. Data analysis method used is by using qualitative methods. Based on the results of research and discussion shows, that the Sochi 2014 Olympics be the proof of the Russian Federation that the country is able to organize this event as well as other countries which have held previously. The Olympics can be realized by involving actors diplomacy, not only by the Russian government, but also with the involvement of non-state actors. This is evidenced by the success of which: the security stability, economic strength, improvement of infrastructure and the Olympic facilities, and an increasing number of tourists. With a wide range of criticism from the international media that hinder improvement positive image of Russia do not stop the Sochi Olympics 2014.

The purpose of this research is to explain the reasonand reactions of rejection from Japan and South Korea by using the analysis unit of Rational Choice Theory and Security Dilemma Concept. Based on Japan and South Korea rational actionsare Japan have been conductiong the military flight operation and strengthening their alliance with US. Otherwiswe, South Korea have been expanding their ADIZ. These action were taken as the rejection of the China’s unilateral action for East Chian Sea that could threaten the stability in East Asian Region.

For that reason, the writer did this research with the qualitative method that describe about an event clearly and link it with previously happened phenomenon. Data collection technique used is library research from books, journals, magazines, and internet. The kinds of data used are secondary data compiled by the writer via library research from various literature. Those data were then elaborated with qualitative data analysis technique, were the problem described based on facts and information linked with one another.The result of the research described that China’s involvement is basically a turning point on China’s diplomacy upon Middle East issues, one of them being China’s decision to use its Veto on Syrian Crisis. Beijing’s diplomatic activity in Syrian Conflict shows the efforts to expand China’s influence in solving internasional crisis to raise China’s diplomatic profile in the international point of view, moreover Syiria’s strategic role in the middle of international geopolitics is very important to some of the word’s big countries like China.
