Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kerjasama dari Rusia dan Arab Saudi di bidang energi minyak berdasarkan pernyataan bersama pada minyak pasar kerjasama 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pembekuan minyak melalui proses pembatasan produksi yang dilakukan oleh Rusia dan Arab Saudi kedua negara setuju untuk kedua batas produksi, terbukti berhasil dapat meningkatkan harga minyak di pasar global dengan hasil harga minyak stabil di kisaran US $ 50 barel. In a few months as President, Rodrigo Duterte announced his policy to get closer to China and separation from the United States which was his longstanding ally. Idiosyncratic and Bilateral Relations Concept as conceptual framework are used to answer the research question. The results show that President Duterte’s leadership brings a positive influence in bilateral relations between the Philippines and China. His policy to establishing good relations with China is influenced by his idiosyncratic factors namely, his values, his life experience, his talents, and his personality. It makes President Duterte rationally and courageously prefer to establish good relations between the Philippines and China in the national interest of the Philippines.

This study showed to explain the role of International Social Sport Development Foundation (ISSDF) in the development of Social Sport School in Samarinda. The results of this study show that ISSDF has implemented 4 programs on Samarinda SSS. Explicitly in it ISSDF will conduct sports training monitor program, technical sport assistance, resource mobilization, and communication and media coverage. Throughout the programs, ISSDF will play a role in supervising, fostering and supervising education and coaching activities in SSS Samarinda. Type of research used is descriptive and data presented is primary data. The theory used is the International Organization.
