  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The results showed that during 2006-2014 the Chinese government has adopted and implemented the three rules of the UNCAC convention; Law of the People’s Republic of China on Anti-Money Laundering, which came into effect on January 1, 2007 This is China’s first law aimed at preventing and monitoring of money laundering. On May 31, 2007, the Chinese government agreed to establish the National Bureau of Corruption Prevention to further strengthen efforts to prevent corruption and to launch international cooperation and assistance in preventing corruption and the criminal law on the criminalization of bribery of foreign public officials and international organizations on 1 May of 2011, was done as a response to public concerns that corruption which is now no longer growing domestic problems but also are transnational and organized that can threaten economic growth, because it often involves a foreign corporation in which China’s current foreign organization entered more into the market, and officials also fear that the presence of these foreign entities will increase the likelihood of money laundering and terrorism financing in China is of course a threat to economic development that resulted in the number of assets that were taken out of the country by the corrupt. That could make Chinese investors leave, but it also has implications for the stability of the security of the State, because of the rampant corruption that continues to this can lead to a public outcry due to the emergence of the Chinese public distrust of the government in power that can lead to chaos and even a coup

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara produsen buah tropis terbesar di dunia dan Jerman dengan tingkat konsumsi tinggi buah-buahan tropis tanpa bisa memenuhi permintaan pasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dimana memberikan gambaran tentang objek penelitian melalui kalimat, kata atau gambar. Data yang disajikan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kajian literatur untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan dengan masalah yang dibahas dalam literatur seperti buku, koran, atau majalah dan situs-situs internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai strategi pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan ekspor buah-buahan tropis ke Jerman periode 2006-2012, diketahui bahwa pemerintah Indonesia telah secara aktif terlibat dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan ekspor buah-buahan tropis ke Jerman menerapkan dalam bentuk sertifikasi, konseling atau pengadaan sosialisasi tren buah di pasar internasional serta pengadaan inovasi dalam mengatasi kendala seperti meningkatnya ekspor Standar mutu yang ditetapkan oleh negara-negara Uni Eropa termasuk Jerman di mana produk hortikultura organik atau bebas dari bahan kimia yang mana lebih disukai.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The Effectiveness of Judgment of Dispute Settlement Body-World Trade Organization In Trade Dispute Resolution of Republic of Indonesia-United States (Case Study: WT/DS406 United States-Measures Affecting The Production and Sale Of Clove Cigarettes), under guidance of Rahmah Daniah, S.IP, M.Si as first lecturer advisor and Aisyah, S.IP, MA as second lecturer advisor, International Relations Department, Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University, 2014. The result showed that DSB-WTO as a Dispute Settlement Body among WTO’s member as organization could solve all trade dispute effectively, and than the act of the DSU-WTO axplicitly describes how should DSB form a Panel which is have a role in the process to make the final decision of the DSB. But in the trade disputes in the Republic of Indonesia-United States, the judgment result of the Dispute Settlement Body has becomes ineffective and the legality of the legislation Dispute Settlement Understanding become absurd, because the US does not doing the final decision DSB with not providing compensation to Indonesia over the losses experienced during the US regulations applied. External environment such as the Strategic Partnership among Republic of Indonesia and the United States, also give effect to Indonesia respone based on did not Dispute Settlement Body’s recommendations tackle by the United States within the time limit which has been specified. In this case, the regulation of smoking issued United States tend have been misused to find cigarettes weaknesses that not necessary and other instrument to protect the domestic market.

    Through internal policies, in addition to making narcotics laws, the Colombian government also formed a large-scale operation, prevention and treatment and rehabilitation programs, destruction of illicit crops, processing labs closing and destruction of illicit drugs, the arrest of the cartel; facilities and pre foreclosures drugs-trafficking activities supporting facilities, and offer prizes.
