Under the guidance of Mrs. Frentika Wahyu R, S.IP, MA as first advisor and Mrs. Aisyah, S.IP, MA as second advisor, in International Relations Studies Program, Social and Political Sciences Faculty, Mulawarman University.
    This research aims to identify and describe the role of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) in the international community to develop the awareness of animal welfare. This research using Descriptive Analytic study, by describe role of Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) to improved an awareness of international society about Animal Welfare. The data presented is secondary data obtained through literature review, journal, and internet that connected with research.
    The results show about the RSPCA has a variety of roles to ensuring the welfare of animals in UK and internationally by lobbying, campaigning, using social media and organize social events. It make a global awareness of the animal. The organization is also making effort to increase public awareness about animal welfare, like a friendly promoting to prevent and suppress cruelty to animals. The RSPCA also has a veterinary hospital and clinic providing free care to the people who have animals and cannot pay for care their animals.
    Although laws and sanctions have been established but there are still many problems on animals in the UK that cannot resolved, even the UK have a high level of awareness on animal welfare. With the access to public complaints about animal violations, the RSPCA try to give a best respond and animal violations investigated.

Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan bagaimana upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam membela hak nelayan tradisional di Pulau Pasir Australia. Data yang akan disajikan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, berupadata diperoleh melalui telaah pustaka dari buku, jurnal, laporan, media massa, internet, serta sumber-sumber yang berhubungan dengan pokok permasalahan. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah content analysis yaitu dengan menganalisa sumber-sumber tertulis untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi.
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam membela hak nelayan tradisional di Pulau Pasir Australia. Upaya ini dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan usulan solusi agar hak nelayan tradisional dapat diakui di Pulau Pasir Australia, maka dari itu perlunya sosialisasi tentang perjanjian yang telah dibuat dengan Austrlia harus selalu dilakukan Pemerintah kepada para nelayan tradisional Indonesia. Selain itu pembentukan UU tentang Hak Perikanan Tradisional sangat perlu untuk diperhatikan oleh pemerintah, karena kegagalan diplomasi tidak lantas harus membuat hak-hak para nelayan tradisional Indonesia tertindas. Karena itu kedua belah pihak semestinya mempunyai kesepahaman yang sama dalam mengartikan apa yang dimaksud dengan nelayan tradisional.

As a result of the global crisis that occurred in the U.S., has a great impact on European countries, one of which is Greece and the economic crisis in Greece have a negative impact on the economy of Italy. Domino Effect financial crisis Italy is feared may extend not only the European region and even globally. Process of domino effect Italian financial crisis is expected to come from the banking system of interrelated and complex in Europe. Italy’s economic crisis deepened, the country’s debt is very high reaching up to € 1.9 trillion ($ 2.6 trillion) or equal to 120% of the Italian GDP. Government policy is needed in the face of the global crisis. Various ways continue to save the country from a prolonged crisis, as did the Italian government Silvio Berlusconi, who served as Prime Minister Mario Monti before. Because of the lack of supervision and failure of several attempts to overcome Berlusconi in Italy’s public debt which in turn Berlusconi resigned as prime minister and was replaced by Mario Monti. To minimizing the economic crisis in Italy, Monti implement macroeconomic policy which contains the fiscal and monetary policy.

REDD has not become part of a global deal on climate change, but is proposed to be included in the new agreement that will replace the Kyoto Protocol. In the meantime, REDD pilot schemes are being implemented and funding mechanisms being drafted UN agencies, international financial institutions, private companies, government and environmental organizations. This research was using secondary data, the data got from literature review there is collecting data that relevan with the research problem. The literature are from newspaper, magazine and internet browsing.
    The result of this research showed that the role of ILO in protecting women’s labour right isn’t optimal its because in reality ILO only act as promoter and facilitator to give work training and skill that involve matters pertaining to manpower in Indonesia. The ILO’s role served are ILO as motivator, catalyst, communicator, and facilitator. While doing the role, ILO had been in cooperation with government and no government organizations, especially in women’s labour in Indonesia.

    This research purpose is to know how the implementation of the program ACICIS (Australian Concortium for ‘In Country’ Indonesian Studies) as a forum for international cooperation built by Australia to assist students – students from overseas to study in Indonesia. In practice, ACICIS programs in cooperation with universities – universities in Indonesia. Type of research used by the authors in this study was descriptive research type, in which the study describes the implementation ACICIS in providing the opportunity to pursue academic studies on Indonesia into field practice and by implementing programs that have been provided. Data – the data presented in this study is primary data that is secondary data, which the authors obtained from a variety of books – books such as, magazines, articles, journals, and newspapers relating to the subject of the research. Data collection techniques sourced from a number of literature (Library Research) relevant to the research that is being studied in the writing of research (through books, journals, and access from the internet).

    Techniques of analysis in this study used qualitative methods of research methods that communicate data with each other data relevant to the research problem ACICIS Implementation Program to Improve the Quality of Education in Indonesia as a forum for international cooperation of sources – existing
    written sources such as the internet, magazines, newspapers, literature, and reference books – books.

    The results showed that the implementation of ACICIS in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, namely the implementation of the program in several ways, such as providing facilities for Australian students who undertake studies in Indonesia, such as shelter, ease of maintenance of accommodation during his stay in Indonesia, provide options for courses ACICIS candidates as professional development practicum Studies, Development Studies Immersion Program, The Indonesian Language Teacher Immersion, Flexible Immersion at the University of Gadjah Mada, Field Studies, Islamic Studies, The Internship, Practicum Professional Journalism, International Relations Studies, and Arts of Indonesia, as well as Perform student exchange between Indonesia and Australia.
