Indonesia’s interest in the economy is to meet the need for energy which is closely related to the economy as well as investment interests. Indonesia’s interest in politics is to form a positive image as an environmentally friendly country. Likewise, the interests of the United States include economic and political interests, the economic interests of the United States are to gain profits by selling the electricity produced by the Wind Power Plant to Indonesia, then the political interests of the United States are to control Indonesia with a scheme to purchase electricity in their own country and also dominate itsinfluence in Indonesia by dominate ownership rights over Wind Power Plant in South Sulawesi by 90%.
