  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Diabetes is one of the diseases of global concern. It is also a concern for Indonesia as a country that occupies the seventh position in the world with the highest prevalence of diabetes in 2015, besides that DKI Jakarta occupies the first position as the province with the highest prevalence. Because Indonesia still not able to overcome it, a collaboration is carried out with Denmark through Novo Nordisk which is a global health company from Denmark in dealing with diabetes in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the collaboration between DKI Jakarta and Novo Nordisk is a collaboration in overcoming the increasing prevalence of diabetes in DKI Jakarta through the Cities Changing Diabetes (CCD) Program. The collaboration is based on three important elements in the CCD Program. However, in practice the program did not run optimally due to Covid-19.
