The research method used is descriptive with secondary data types. The analysis technique is qualitative. The concept used is Diplomacy. The results of this research shows sanctions imposed by WADA due to non-compliance with the enforcement of anti-doping standards in Indonesia. The efforts made by Indonesia are through the government, in this case the Ministry of Youth and Sports, forming an Acceleration and Investigation Team in charge of accelerating, namely accelerating communication with WADA, by means of diplomacy. Both online and by visiting the WADA office in person. And Investigation, which is to explore the existing problems, and their causes.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This article aims to explain Japan’s policy-making process in updating export control regulations to South Korea. The type of this research used is descriptive. The data used is secondary data sourced from books, journals, and other related publications. Data were collected by library research method. Then, the data were analyzed using qualitative methods. To answer the research questions used System Theory and the second model of the Decision Making Theory. The results of this study found that the first process carried out was to determine organizational actor, namely Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). In the process, METI has a dominating role compared to other parliaments and ministries because METI has the primary responsibility for managing Japan’s export control licenses. Japan’s export control policy update is being processed by taking into account the goals, priority scale, standard operating procedures and previous habits, and is made to avoid the uncertainty that could arise due to South Korean negligence. In setting policy, there is no change from METI’s attitude to the previous case. This is because METI remains firm and provides administrative sanctions to South Korea even though it ultimately causes Japanese exports to decline. The coordination process can be seen from the influence of Diet’s attitude that wants to change the export control relationship with South Korea. Finally, METI decided to renew the license categories for three chemicals exported to South Korea.

The research method used is descriptive with secondary data types. The analysis technique used is qualitative. The concepts used are the National Interest and National Health Worker concept. The results of this study show the benefits for Japan and Indonesia in the employment cooperation for Japan and Indonesia are increasing the walfare of Japan and Indonesia, meeting the needs working age workers in Japan and job opportunities for Indonesia workers, maintaining smooth economic productivity for Japan and Indonesia, enchancing cooperative relations between Japan and Indonesia.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to identify and describe the cooperation the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) with Indonesia in supporting the development of the tourism sector in Bali during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses the theory of international cooperation and tourism development with descriptive research type, secondary data, namely the data used is obtained from the interpretation of secondary data including articles, books and access to electronic media as well as qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the cooperation of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) with Indonesia in supporting the development of the tourism sector in Bali during the Covid-19 pandemic includes conducting a special capacity building workshop in Bali about restarting international tourism in Bali and Bali will host the 2022 World Tourism Day activities with the theme “Rethinking Tourism”.

This type of research is descriptive comparative. The analysis technique used is qualitative. The theory/concept used is the theory of international cooperation and the concept of drug trump. The result of this study is that UNODC helped Nigeria by providing a total of 36 M (EUR) then UNODC gave a medical team at a Nigerian hospital on rehabilitation, treatment and prevention methods and then trained government researchers to more effectively find ways to ways to overcome the problem of the use, distribution, sale and smuggling of Narcotics in Nigeria. Then from the training it has an effective impact on the Nigerian government, namely reducing the number of drug crimes in Nigeria in 2019.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Ethiopia and Eritrea are two countries in the Horn of Africa which from 1998 to 2018 did not have active diplomatic relations as a result of border conflicts invloved the two countries. After two decades, in 2018, the two countries made a peace agreement and made efforts to normalize their diplomatic relations. Efforts made by the Ethiopian and Eritrean government included ending the border conflict and normalizing diplomatic relations between the two countries, reopening embassies in each country’s national capital, withdrawing each military forces from border areas, opening Ethiopia – Eritrea border for the first time in 20 years, as well as awarded a new land in 2019 from the Government of Ethiopia to the Government of Eritrea to build a new Eritrean embassy in Ethiopia.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Garbage is a problem for every country in this world, including Indonesia that has large population and is related to the amount of garbage in Indonesia. To slove this problem Indonesia goverment need thecnology and good waste management in Indonesia. Denmark has good waste management and thecnology to turn waste become energy, because of that Indonesia coorperates with Denmark in waste management. This study aims to describe the coorperation between the Indonesia and Danish (Denmark) goverment in waste management in DKI Jakarta. The methedodology used is descriptive qualitative through secondary data which then answerd by using international cooperation theory and waste management concept. The results showed that in the collaboration carried out by Indonesia and Denmark, there were 8 points of cooperation but only 2 points were implemented in DKI Jakarta, namely pilot projects, planning, including technology transfer and regulations in certain provinces and cities or regencies, in this point of cooperation Indonesia and Denmark built PLTSa in DKI Jakarta, precisely at TPST Bantargebang, this PLTSa waste management method uses waste and uses steam from its combustion to be used as electricity and capacity building through workshops, training, scholarships, internships and seminars, which are manifested in Information Transfer (ToI) to monitor the waste management system in Indonesia and the efficiency of energy use and utilization, which is carried out in two programs, namely Capacity Building: Training for Jakarta Building and Energy Efficiency Seminar, in this program Denmark aims for Indonesia to conduct Business Par partnerships with partners energy company in Denmark.
