  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to provide an explanation for the implementation of forest conservation cooperation between Indonesia and Norway within the framework of REDD+ to reduce the impact of climate change. The author uses descriptive research method, which describes a phenomenon based on the facts that occurred. In this case the cooperation process and implementation of forest conservation in Indonesia – Norway REDD+ framework to mitigate the effects of climate change. This cooperation begins with the signing of the LoI between Indonesia and Norway on May 26, 2010, in Oslo Norway. Furthermore, the Indonesian government follow up this cooperation with issuing regulations and policy work program in accordance with the Letter of Intent has been agreed by the two countries. Further in this research, the writer used descriptive research, which describes a phenomenon based on the facts that occurred. In this case the cooperation process and implementation of forest conservation in Indonesia –Norway REDD+ framework to mitigate the effects of climate change.

  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan bagaimana keadaan serta perkembangan Indonesia dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) yang sebentar lagi memasuki fase realisasi penuh pada tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan tipe deskriptif analitik, yang akan menggambarkan serta menganalisa bagaimana Indonesia melakukan persiapan dalam menghadapi AEC pada tahun 2015.
    Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku, literatur, jurnal, laporan resmi dan informasi dari jaringan internet yang terkait dengan pembahasan masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Library Research. Metode analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah Content Analysis, yaitu dengan menjelaskan dan menganalisis dari sumber-sumber yang ada, dengan catatan data-data tersebut saling berhubungan satu sama lain dengan permasalahan yang diteliti.
    Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang telah dilakukan Indonesia dalam menjalankan kerjasama regional di ASEAN selama ini masih dianggap kurang maksimal, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat perkembangan ekonomi Indonesia dikawasan ASEAN yang masih berada di bawah peringkat negara-negara anggota lainnya.
    Adapun strategi yang dipersiapkan Indonesia dalam menghadapi AEC antara lain adalah dengan mengharmonisasikan kebijakan perekonomian domestik yang terkait dengan sistem dan aturan-aturan dalam AEC Blue Print yang mengatur mekanisme pencapaian tujuan dari pada kerjasama ekonomi tersebut.

    This research aims to identify and describe the role of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) in the international community to develop the awareness of animal welfare. This research using Descriptive Analytic study, by describe role of Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) to improved an awareness of international society about Animal Welfare. The data presented is secondary data obtained through literature review, journal, and internet that connected with research.
    The results show about the RSPCA has a variety of roles to ensuring the welfare of animals in UK and internationally by lobbying, campaigning, using social media and organize social events. It make a global awareness of the animal. The organization is also making effort to increase public awareness about animal welfare, like a friendly promoting to prevent and suppress cruelty to animals. The RSPCA also has a veterinary hospital and clinic providing free care to the people who have animals and cannot pay for care their animals.
    Although laws and sanctions have been established but there are still many problems on animals in the UK that cannot resolved, even the UK have a high level of awareness on animal welfare. With the access to public complaints about animal violations, the RSPCA try to give a best respond and animal violations investigated.

Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan bagaimana upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam membela hak nelayan tradisional di Pulau Pasir Australia. Data yang akan disajikan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, berupadata diperoleh melalui telaah pustaka dari buku, jurnal, laporan, media massa, internet, serta sumber-sumber yang berhubungan dengan pokok permasalahan. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah content analysis yaitu dengan menganalisa sumber-sumber tertulis untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi.
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam membela hak nelayan tradisional di Pulau Pasir Australia. Upaya ini dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan usulan solusi agar hak nelayan tradisional dapat diakui di Pulau Pasir Australia, maka dari itu perlunya sosialisasi tentang perjanjian yang telah dibuat dengan Austrlia harus selalu dilakukan Pemerintah kepada para nelayan tradisional Indonesia. Selain itu pembentukan UU tentang Hak Perikanan Tradisional sangat perlu untuk diperhatikan oleh pemerintah, karena kegagalan diplomasi tidak lantas harus membuat hak-hak para nelayan tradisional Indonesia tertindas. Karena itu kedua belah pihak semestinya mempunyai kesepahaman yang sama dalam mengartikan apa yang dimaksud dengan nelayan tradisional.

As a result of the global crisis that occurred in the U.S., has a great impact on European countries, one of which is Greece and the economic crisis in Greece have a negative impact on the economy of Italy. Domino Effect financial crisis Italy is feared may extend not only the European region and even globally. Process of domino effect Italian financial crisis is expected to come from the banking system of interrelated and complex in Europe. Italy’s economic crisis deepened, the country’s debt is very high reaching up to € 1.9 trillion ($ 2.6 trillion) or equal to 120% of the Italian GDP. Government policy is needed in the face of the global crisis. Various ways continue to save the country from a prolonged crisis, as did the Italian government Silvio Berlusconi, who served as Prime Minister Mario Monti before. Because of the lack of supervision and failure of several attempts to overcome Berlusconi in Italy’s public debt which in turn Berlusconi resigned as prime minister and was replaced by Mario Monti. To minimizing the economic crisis in Italy, Monti implement macroeconomic policy which contains the fiscal and monetary policy.
