- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This thesis aims to identify and describe the forms of Indonesian-Dutch cooperation in flood management in Jakarta through the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) project. The research method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique is library research and the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis (content analysis). The results showed that the form of Indonesian – Dutch cooperation in flood prevention in Jakarta through the NCICD project was that the Dutch and Indonesian governments built the NCICD embankment, formed a special NCICD unit and helped finance the design and development of the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) Master Plan. The construction of the NCICD was carried out by the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Public Works & Housing by creating a special unit consisting of a combination of the Ministry’s internal divisions of Public Works & Housing (Directorate General of Natural Resources, Directorate General of Cipta Karya, BPIW, and Balitbang) consisting of three Project Management Units (PMU) and one PMU Secretariat.
