• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to explain how the implementation of the MAMPU program is related to the issue of gender equality among migrant workers. The type of research used is descriptive. The data used is a type of secondary data obtained through the results of a digital literature review from books, journals, reports, documents, and internet sources that contain relevant data and information related to the research conducted by the author. The results of the study indicate that migrant workers experience discrimination before their departure to the destination country of work. Social issues, education, information, and the registration system for prospective migrant workers to register for work have become a domino effect on prospective female migrant workers. The MAMPU program together with Migrant CARE has the same vision and mission to create a safe space for migrant workers through the DESBUMI Program and is also the beginning of the DESMIGRATIF program to solve the problems of migrant workers in Indonesia.
