M.Si and Mrs. Dr. Yayuk Anggraini, M.Si, Study Program in International Relations, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University. Revolution Industry 4.0 give impact to all industry around the world not only developp country but also developing counry such as Indonesia this research aims to find out and illustrate how the implementation of cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore in the field of industry 4.0 food and beverage sector. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive type with a secondary data source. Then, to explain the research question used the theory and concept of Bilateral Cooperation and Implementation. The results of this study show that how the implementation of cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore in the field of Industry 4.0 of the food and beverage sector obtained is the implementation of cooperation carried out between the two countries has 3 indicators that first Singapore will transfer its technological knowledge to Indonesian producers through BPPI (Industrial Research and Development Agency) Indonesia where BPPI will appoint companies to be selected later. Both Singapore and Indonesia have built digital networks for Singapore technology solution providers and Indonesian manufacturers with the establishment of Nongsa Digital Park, and the third Indonesia and Singapore will create training programs that are then implemented in the form of Link and Match programs between industry and agency.
