- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The research entitled "Constructivism in Estonia’s Nation Branding (E-Estonia) 2021-2023” aims to determine the development of Estonia’s nation branding, namely E-Estonia, in 2021-2023. This research used descriptive research method with secondary data types such as books, thesis, journals, articles, and internet sources. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to analyze the data. This research used Constructivism theory and nation branding concept. The authors finding of this research indicates that the development of the E-Estonia Briefing Center, an NGO (non-governmental organization) which operates specifically in promoting E-Estonia’s nation branding, releasing a Podcast series entitled "The Art of Digitalisation", creating VaccineGuard, a digital platform for sharing Covid-19 vaccine information, launching the Digital TestBed Framework, a collaborative program to provide access to technology and digital experiences in Estonia for start-up companies working in the technology sector and technology experts in the government sector, and creating Artificial Intelligence-based health services ( AI) namely Andmevaatur as forms of Estonia’s efforts in developing the E-Estonia brand in 2021-2023.
