- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Iran and Indonesia signed a cooperation agreement in the electricity sector in 2016. Agreement will run for 5 years. Iran promises to build a 5000 MW Mobile Power Plant. However, unitl now Iran side has not carried out development at all even though Indonesia really hopes for such development. Therefore, it’s estimed that Iran will experience barriers in the development MPP in Indonesia. Iran barriers in the development the MPP in Indonesia are, due to US economic embargo against Iran in 2018, Iran’ involvement in helping the conflict in Yemen, especially the Houthi group, and Iran technology in this case the MPP which was implemented in Iran last year 2017.
