- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This research aimed to describe China’s response to arms sales US to Taiwan in 2017-2019 under the Taiwan Relations Act, this situation has forced China to respond. The reaction was analyzed with the Concept of Action-Reaction, the Concept of Security Dilemmas, namely arms race and formation of alliances, and the concept of targeted Economic Sanctions. China’s response, among others, has been to conduct military exercises, publish security policy, the National Defense White Paper and enhance the military capabilities of the People’s Liberation Army and form an alliance with Taiwan’s diplomatic countries and plan sanctions against US companies involved in selling these weapons, such as Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky Aircraft, General Dynamic, Raytheon and Oshkosh.
