Especially the illiterate and the program were implemented on a global scale. In Indonesia the Education for All were implemented through the ministry of education and culture, and then transformed into a literacy program which is started in 2000 until now. وان كارد مصر The method used in this thesis is descriptive. Data collection techniques using literature review, using secondary data.
