- Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Child labour spread predominantly in developing countries. In Malawi, child labour can be found easily. Child labor in Malawi has become one of the major concern for the government. The number of child labours are still comparatively high in Malawi. This reasearch used descriptivecase study where the authors will describe the efforts of Malawian government to combat child labour. The data analysis technique used is the qualitative analysis, the analysis does not use statistical and mathematical study, but only describe a situation or event that occurred. This study does not seek, do not test hypotheses or make predictions but it illustrates the problem based on the facts that exist where the data obtained will be compiled in a writing. In 2010 government of Malawi took actions by conducting work programs which is implemented in National Action Plan to combat child labour guidelines by Global Action Plan. Based on the results, Government of Malawi efforts to tackle child labour through National Action Plan 2010-2014 is spawned four strategic framework which succeed only at the stage of withdrawal and prevention of child labor.The efforts that have been made by the Malawi government apparently found obstacles in its implementation.
