• Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): Along with the increasing needs of the world’s population will be fish as consumption, resulting in the case of illegal fishing by Chinese fishermen in Indonesia, it is called the practice of IUU Fishing. Thus, the Government of Indonesia enforced the policy of burning and drowning of IUU Fishing ship from China, which turned out to bring protests from the Government of China against the policy of the Government of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the IUU Fishing eradication program by Indonesia, has an impact on the possibility of Indonesia-China conflict and possible cooperation between Indonesia and China in combating IUU Fishing.
