Many of products and services that trade in the world, start from agricultures, manufactures, industries products and another services. Because of world progressively of automotive product needed a lots of country build and expent their automotive factotries to another countries. Japan is one of the most country whos had big automotive industry not just on domestic area but also on foreign area. Honda is one of Japan automotive factory that buil their production factory and assembling factory in United State of America since 1958. Economic crisis that happened in 2008 makes American citizen change their interested to Japan automotive product including Honda’s products, cause of Honda automotive product is more reached and vuel efficient. Mentioned of it American automotive local product is not too saleable. To defense local automotive industry from bankrupt situation United State done the protecsionisme way. United State goverment release Voulantary Restraint Agreement (VRA). The policy obliging all foreign automotive producens to recall their products from United State market in 2009. The impact of this policy for Honda must decreasing their production and increasing their incomes.
