As well as China’s need for oil supply. China’s industrialization grow rapidly since the liberalization of economy. China’s cooperation with Myanmar in order to fulfill China’s energy needs through Burma-China Oil Transport Project hopefully will meet China’s energy demands. The purpose of this study is to shows the cooperation between China and Myanmar, in order to fulfill China’s energy needs manifested with FDI concept using joint-venture, also this cooperation applies build, operation and transfer (BOT).
