Since the release of Russia’s New Arctic Strategy, the activity of Russia in the Arctic Ocean has increased, specifically for military build-up in the Arctic that has become a threat for the other Arctic coastal nation. While the strengthens of the alliance by military exercises and builds up missile defense system in the alliance territory.
