Argentine was one of the members in the organization. Argentine,which had a variety of problems in the 1999­2002 both internal and external problems, one ofwhich had the economic problem experienced by Argentine caused by the change of president asmuch as 6 times as well as bad relationship with the IMF. Argentine saw that MERCOSUR hasgood prospect. The research was motivated by the Argentine economic conditions worsened with the debt in the IMF. The type of research was descriptive, which illustrates the interestsof Argentine in MERCOSUR 2003­2007.
