  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The purpose of the research is deforestation and degradation is one of the contributors to the rising temperature of the earth from the forest sector that cause climate change. A/R CDM program in Sekaroh, Jerowaru, West Nusa Tenggara is a joint program undertaken by the government of Indonesia and South Korea in order to prevent and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the forest sector, by reforestation has not been forested again since 1980. This cooperation started began with the signing of the MoU between Indonesia and Korea on July 25, 2007 in Seoul South Korea. Furthermore, the Indonesian government through the FORDA to follow up this cooperation with the policies and regulations issued in a accordance the MoU has been agreed by the both countries. In this case, the author research specific in obstacle of the implementation A/R CDM. The results of this research is the implementation obstacle of cooperation were carried out in the form of policy and regulatory cooperation program is devided into several sectors such as technical, non-technical, social, geographical, and bureaucracy, obstacles.
