    Japan is one of the advanced industrial countries that rejects the Basel Ban Amendment and one of the countries which producing and exporting waste to developing countries like the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand. The factors that are considered by the Government of Japan becomes the opposition toward the implementation of the Basel Ban Amendment of the internal factors that includes limited landfill waste in Japan and the advantage of wastes shipment. اسماء ورق الدومينو The external factors are derived from the rejection of some major countries toward Basel Ban Amendment and demand of import wastes from other Asia countries.
