    The presence of U.S troops in Australia heve some Primary (political) and General (economical) interest. Political interest that, with the emergence of China as a new emerging and great economic power in the world order, in the Asia Pacific region in particular. This has its own picture for the U.S, because of the increased power and influence of China’s meant to be the sole hegemon in the Asia Pacific region. So with the deployment of troops and their logistical needs and infrastructure of the U.S military in Australia, can be a balance of power and control in their actions or anticipating China to dominate the Asia Pacifik region. Thus, the U.S can freely gather power and influence in achieving its national interest in the Asia Pacifik region. With the U.S. military deployment in Australia, then there is also the economic interests of the United States against marine Strip (Sea-Lanes) and demographic Southeast Asia, namely: 1)Open line of the sea, because the majority of world trade as well as a third of all maritime traffic through the Strait of Malacca. 2)As the shortest path towards the South China Sea, because the South China Sea stretching from Hainan Island until Malaysia and Singapore. 3)Southeast Asia is important as a post for the movement of the U.S military in the face of threats and part of its strategic interests in Southeast Asia region. 4)The demographic factors Southeast Asia as potential markets for the U.S.
