This type of research is descriptive which describe strategies for conflict resolution Cambodia Preah Vihear temple after armed clashes with the Thai armi in 2011. The data described is secondary data obtained through literature review and literature such as books, the internet, and others. The analysis technique used is the Library Research Studies.

    The results show that the strategy used by the parties in resolving disputes Cambodian seizure of territory around the Preah Vihear temple between Thailand and Cambodia is to involve a third party in settlement of the conflict. Cambodia found the desired bilateral settlement mechanism Thai side did not give a peace agreement between the two countries so that the need for a third party in settlement of the case. In resolving the case, the trusted third party is Indonesian Cambodia and the United Nations.
