To overcome these problems, the Indonesian government has ratified the Nagoya Protocol through Act No.11 of 2013. This reasearch used descriptive case study where the authors will describe the implementation of Act No. 11 of 2013 in overcoming biopiracy in Indonesia. بيبال This study illustrates the problem based on real facts that exist where the data obtained will be compiled in a writing.
