  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of East Kalimantan paradiplomacy in the Sukan Borneo sporting event, paradiplomacy in this event is coorporation between malay countries (Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia) and every country sends a delegation from each state, such as Malaysia which sends delegation from Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan, Indonesia delegation from East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and West Kalimantan, the last is Brunei Darussalam delegation from Bandar Segi Begawan, this event uses it to strenghen diplomatic relations and become a place to introduce culture in each country, this study divided the paradiplomacy implementing in East Kalimantan from Sukan Borneoa event into two objectives, the first is tourism which can be an alternative to East Kalimantan province income, because East Kalimantan province is too dependdent on oil, gas and coal mining income, and the second is cultural which in this activity can be a part of improving relations between regions that follow the Sukan Borneo.

The research results show that the impact of nuclear sanctions against the relationship the united states and iran is becoming increasingly troubled relations the two countries and absence of confidence to improve relations between the countries two the emergence of new bilateral sanctions on iran, but iran is always gave full access to its nuclear installation checking, including assigning all the reports required. Application of technology with all kekhususannya iran nuclear for meet all the needs of the people, primarily to energy, but the united states still regard iran run nuclear weapons and have not produced a deal back in terms of the iran nuclear program.
