This research was using secondary data, the data got from literature review there is collecting data that relevan with the research problem. The literature are from newspaper, magazine and internet browsing.<br \/>\nThe result of this research showed that the role of ILO in protecting women\u2019s labour right isn\u2019t optimal its because in reality ILO only act as promoter and facilitator to give work training and skill that involve matters pertaining to manpower in Indonesia. The ILO\u2019s role served are ILO as motivator, catalyst, communicator, and facilitator.
