This research used the qualitative research method with explanative type. The data that had been obtained was from the primary and secondary sources. The technique for analyzing the data was by collecting the data, reducing the data, displaying the data, and conclusion drawing. The theory used in this research is the theory of Global Political Economy from the study by Shaun Breslin.
