As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world, many countries have implemented lockdowns, instead have had an impact on the decline in state sectors. This research&nbsp;aims to analyze and describe the obstacle factors in the implementation of the Trans-Tasman Bubble. The research method used is descriptive with secondary data types. The analysis technique is qualitative.
