The purpose of this research is to explain about the United States reasonable background of the rejection to the Turkey\u2019s extradition request. This research use qualitative descriptive as the method of research. <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.redcubedelivery.com\/malp2xj\/\">yyy online 5<\/a> The data\u2019s sources of this research are mainly from scientific literature, journals, websites and some other trusted sources. <a href=\"https:\/\/nalahealthafrica.com\/osgg16rdqe\/\">\u0641\u0631\u064a\u0642 \u0631\u0648\u0645\u0627<\/a> The author uses extradition and rational choice as the concept. <a href=\"http:\/\/bllur.com.br\/uyigowsk\/\">\u0645\u0633\u0627\u0628\u0642\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0648\u0646 \u0644\u0627\u064a\u0646<\/a> The result shows that the extradition issue between United States and Turkey over Fethullah Gulen is a political matter between these two nations. Therefore, the unconcolidated interest between two countries has made the normative extradition progress goes unlikely. United states role as The Requested State Party claimed that Turkey\u2019s extradition request over Fethullah Gulen is politicaly patterned, so that claim made Turkey\u2019s extradition request broke the extradition agreements between two nations that statedin Article -3 no.1.
