Neo-Realism and Security Dilemma concept as theoretical framework.Thisresearchused the secondarydata. The results showed that the Russian government&#8217;s reaction to the deployment of NATO forces in Eastern Europe on 2017 received a negative response from Russia. From the internal side of Russia opted out from the NATO-Russia Cooperation Council, preparing their military strength.
