Theory or concept used in this study is the concept of national interest, the concept of Diplomacy Resources and Power concept. <a href='http:\/\/formation.gpconnect.re\/pmd\/7\/h4aisi72\/'>\u0635\u0648\u0631 \u0631\u0648\u0644\u064a\u062a<\/a>  The type of research thesis is explanativ it explain of Russia\u2019s interest to prevent Ukraine join the European Union membership. The result of the research have shown that Russia has a few threatened national interests if Ukraine completely join in to the European Union.
