Especially the illiterate and the program were implemented on a global scale. In Indonesia the Education for All were implemented through the ministry of education and culture, and then transformed into a literacy program which is started in 2000 until now. <a href='https:\/\/12883242ltd.co.uk\/35848329\/'>\u0648\u0627\u0646 \u0643\u0627\u0631\u062f \u0645\u0635\u0631<\/a>  The method used in this thesis is descriptive. Data collection techniques using literature review, using secondary data.
